Jay is such an amazing professional. He understands customer’s needs very well and performs his tasks perfectly. He not only identified potential entry points for pests to enter the house, but also provided solutions to mitigate those problems. He is very kind and pleasant to work with! Greenix and its’ technicians are awesome. Nick treated my property again today, he’s been here before. He always provides excellent service, thoroughly treating all problem areas, communicating clearly before and after his efforts. My home backs up to a wild field so lots going on with normal pests like bugs and mice, as well as moles. As usual, treatment includes proactive identification of potential problems as well as early signs of pest invasion. Greenix has excellent techs, I’ve never had bad service, and the fact that techs seem to stay with the company over years reinforces my belief that Greenix is a great service provider and employer.

Customer service is very poor. We originally called greenix in November because we were seeing mice in our house. After explaining we would like the house inspected for entry points and sealed we were told we needed to sign up for a 12 month contract before a technician would come out. We agreed and the technician came out, spent no more than 15 minutes at our residence and left with no communication. All that was done was 4 bait boxes were placed outside after being told we would get an inspection of the house for appropriate treatment. The other night we are still seeing activity and even physical mice in the house. At 45$ a month and $99 just to get started no change or progress has been made. Have called customer service multiple times to see what could be done and every time were told that it would be another $400 to get the services we were told we would be getting in the first place. Seems to me they care more about taking your money than fixing the issue. We were forced to pay an "early termination fee" for ending service with them. I will now be taking my business elsewhere to people who care about fixing my issue and not just taking my money. With over $400 just wasted at this point (including termination fee) I would caution ANYONE to be careful and make absolutely SURE you are going to get the services requested because they are going to try to get more money out of you. Seems very shady and slimy to me. Not a good experience if I could give 0 stars I would. Awful.

Greenix immediately sent out their team next day after calling for rodent extermination help. They were quick, professional, communicative and extremely informative and helpful! Wonderful service and very appreciative to come out so quickly! Immediately started services and went above and beyond to identify potential access points for future mice. 10/10 would and will recommend! Special thank you to Justin who came out and assisted us! I had very destructive and costly mice problem on my property. I called Greenix because they service my parent's property with great success. Corbin kindly explained their services and less than 24 hours later Trystan arrived at my home. Trystan was very helpful, thorough and kind. I really appreciate this company and highly recommend calling them if you have determined pests on your property. Rodents took over my garage and as you can see from photo they were determined and even chewed thru my air conditioning wires!! I only wish I had called them sooner and avoided thousands of dollars of damages. Thank you Greenix??????
