We have used Magnolia Exterminating since 2016. The service they have provided while we lived in the Jackson area was phenomenal. Josh serviced us through the years and was always responsive if we had any needs. He was also great at making suggestions concerning one off pest issues through the years. The team has ways been courteous and polite. You can’t go wrong by using them.
What a breath of fresh air...service the way it used to be! Mike was great on the phone, put my mind at ease that what I was seeing was not termites and then when he arrived (calling first), he was so friendly and educationally informed about what my problem was. Called 3 times for a technician, within a 24hr period, all 3 times I was told a technician would call back. Never received a return call from anyone. Called a different company, had service same day.
