Guillermo and Lalkota were awesome! Guillermo first came out to assess our needs, explained the materials he’d be using, and walked us through his process. A few days later, he returned with Lalkota. They carefully protected our floors and went up into the attic to replace and reinstall our vent pipes with new materials and proper venting. Everything was done professionally, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommended!

This is THE best team to handle bed bugs!I was horrified when I finally found and confirmed my fears of bed bugs in my house. I immediately informed my landlord and reached out to local pest controls to try to find someone who could handle these bugs. I spoke to multiple places and none handled bed bugs. Finally I spoke with someone at Lake Country Pest Control that recommended Steve at BugMaster and told me he would pass along my information.Steve called me within an hour after speaking with LCPC and explained the process of treatment and suggested that because I was renting in a fourplex, my landlord should have the other units inspected to ensure this would not be a recurring issue if they were coming from another unit. Thankfully the other units were inspected and it turned out that my downstairs neighbour had a huge infestation! Wally, Steve and Junior were all incredible and treated both units with heat and insecticide. They were incredibly kind and professional about this uncomfortable experience. They also documented the status and findings of my neighbour's unit to advocate to my landlord that my infestation was likely caused by the downstairs unit. Since they have treated both units, my mysterious allergy symptoms of full body hives that I've experienced for the last few months, have completely stopped!I am so thankful to these incredible people for doing this dirty job with so much care!!
