WORST CHOICE you could make! Do NOT call Lawrence of KTown Pest Solutions. There are better companies and more honest people out there!!I did make the mistake of hiring him last spring, and after the first spray, all I got was lots of double talk and one excuse after another, instead of the actual follow up that I had paid him for. He never returned, but my ant problem sure did!I had been warned by other pest control companies about Lawrence, but I assumed it was because KTown Pest Solutions was the competition. I should have listened, because now I’m out nearly $400 (Lawrence has NOT refunded any of my money after many repeated requests and ample time given to him), I still have a bad ant problem, and now I have to pay someone else to do the job properly.Thanks to Lawrence of KTown Pest, these are a few recent photos from my kitchen and basement. The white powder in the photos is poison that I had to buy last summer while waiting for Lawrence to follow through on his contract. The closeup is one of my sink drains covered in ants.
The big companies just come put down some traps and leave, they didn't fix anything. Ktown found where the squirrel had gotten in, put a one way door on the hole, when the critter left, he fixed our roof. Problem is finally actually solved.
I called Lawrence at 830pm to assess a pest issue and he showed up within 40 minutes. He provided information and quickly took care of the issue. Thank you SO much Lawrence. 10/10 experience.
seriously, best around... we found we had a rodent issue and no other pest company seemed to want to do the work, (they just set a few traps & move on), but Lawrence from ktown pest came out, got everything sealed and and actually fixed the problem. We couldn't be happier with the work he did and the results, I'd highly recommend him to anyone.
I strongly recommend Ktown Pest Solutions. They are our provider in a branded hotel in Kelowna. As the Facilities Manager, I hired them as our provider and I don’t regret at all. Their customer service is great and they are quick on services calls when needed. Lawrence is great and knows what he is doing. Again, I really recommend them!
