I had a very positive experience with Parker, who responded quickly to my enquiry, fit me into a very busy day. He was prompt, polite and thorough. He gave me a plan to follow, which I will and if necessary move on to the next step. At the very least he has put my mind at rest with regards my worst fears.
Jeremy from Bugman came by for what we thought was a mouse problem and it turned out to be bats! He was prompt, pleasant and although he couldn’t legally do anything about the bats he gave us some helpful advice on how to deter them. Would highly recommend him.
We had Parker come take care of our spider problem! He was friendly, fast and efficient ! Wonderful customer service, he even went above and beyond to teach my little ones some facts about bugs! Highly recommend using them for your pest control needs. :)
Been using Bugman for many years now.Parker has been our "go to" bug guy and he always manages to fit us in even on short " Help we have mice come quick" requests. Been very happy with the service, ants , mice and various bugs have certainly been less of an issue with regular treatments. If you want fast friendly service that works these are the guys.
Our usual guy retired so we booked with The Bugman for our annual house spraying. Had absolutely excellent service. Tech showed up perfectly on time, did everything in a timely manner, and was extremely pleasant to deal with. Communication before, during and after the appointment was top notch. Would easily recommend their services to anyone needing pest control.
