The worst experience ever.Lack of communication and professionalism from start to finish. They constantly blamed the technician—saying things like “he’s not here,” “we don’t know,” or “we have to wait for him”—instead of providing clear answers.No instructions were given at all. They assume people deal with pest issues regularly and know exactly what to do.The technician’s report was a single, vague sentence—something that looked like it came from a beginner, not a trained professional.They also made assumptions about the temperature inside my home instead of informing me that a certain temperature (X) could ruin the treatment.If they arrive and find something that could interfere with the treatment, they won’t tell you. They simply spray anyway and then send you a one-line report saying the treatment “might not work.” I honestly don’t know if it’s laziness, lack of care, or just wanting to get paid regardless.If you live in an apartment building or complex and your management uses this company, I strongly recommend paying out of pocket for someone else. Don’t rely on them.Worst experience ever.
