Michael has always been great. He would communicate the day prior to scheduled service with an estimated time, and then again the next day before showing up. During service, he's polite, respectful, and efficient. When treating inside my home, he always puts on shoe covers before making his round. Michael always makes sure to ask if there had been any issues and reminds me to call him if something happens in between services. For the past few years, I haven't had any issues outside the normal occasional spider or silverfish with quarterly treatments.
