Glen is so good at what he does the process was streamlined not to mention the availability of getting it taken care of from scheduling to inspection within the next day. Super fast services from start to finish. It made pest removal so easy especially when I have to worry about our baby. He had everything taken care of within an hour from rodent removal to installing exclusions on the roof of our house where the rodents were getting in and following up to ensure no other issues or rodents were getting in. I was looking for a pest control service to get rid of these monster, biting “no see um” mosquitoes I have taken over my yard since September, and even making their way into my home, biting up me and my family. I came across Pest Control Solutions on Google and after reading their reviews, I was hoping to get the technician named Ozzie (Ossie). Almost every review was about him, and they were very good reviews. I called the company and scheduled an initial inspection andLo and behold he shows up at my door for my inspection. I was excited because I knew that everything was going to turn out just fine. Ozzie is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything to me before the inspection and even after the inspection. He explained everything to my daughter who was at home while I was at work. The ladies in the office were also phenomenal. I have not needed pest control services in a very long time. I am going to continue my services with them to ensure that I get my backyard back and so that I’m not held hostage by these little devil mosquitoes. Ozzie found beetles in the irrigation box as well. I never knew that these things could also create issues if they got into your house somehow or into your Carpet. He also found other issues surrounding my home in the neighboring yards that could potentially be the breeding ground for mosquitoes. Hopefully, the neighbors take care of their yards, so that the rest of us can be comfortable in our own yards. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Glenn was on time, Explained everything that he was doing. He did great work. I definitely would recommend to anyone with a pigeon problem. I like the company so much, I switched my pest control over to them as well.
