I was an existing client of RMB Extermination, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Despite their treatments, the issue was never fully resolved. When I asked for a longer warranty period given the circumstances, the owner simply told me to “go with the other company.” This lack of accountability and dismissive attitude is not what you expect when you put your trust in a professional service. I would not recommend RMB Extermination to anyone looking for reliability or customer care.

Not a great experience ..i reside in a low cost housing unit who has a contract with this company for the extermination of unwanted pests..when given a set date for the service i was told that no our personnel does not call 30 minutes ahead to say that they are on the way...i am employed at a distance not too far from my residence and thought this would be convenient and i could be here in a timely fashion however i was told that i would just have to stay home from 8 am to 4 pm and wait for someone to show up to do a 15 minute job the woman i spoke with was rude and expected me to accept this with no further discussion...i have since cancelled this appointment and will never ever call this fine and upstanding model of efficiency and customer service....BEWARE
