Matt is so good about giving a reminder text the day before he comes out for service. If it’s not a good time for me, he gladly reschedules. I have the plan of quarterly service for the year. He is very personable and trustworthy. He is a very good representation for the Legacy company. I’m very happy with my service and my service man.! Legacy also does my annual termite inspection.
Two things you can count on: the sunrise and Mr. Jack. Legacy is a well-run business and Jack represents them very well. Excellent service per the contract of quarterly home pest inspection and spraying, but Jack also comes anytime we need service between those scheduled calls. Even better - he’s a super nice man and his decades of experience in the industry comes through.
Kermit at Legacy Termite has been great!! He always let me know when he’s stopping by which is super helpful because then I’m aware to put my dogs up before he gets there and I can be sure everything is dry before letting them back into our yard. As a first time home owner, this service has been great to have and makes it so much easier not to have to remember to call pest control before too much time has past.
