I have been working with this company and the owners directly for over six years. They have the most kind hearts and truly want the best for everyone that comes into their business and into their lives. Their team has also taken care of my insect needs and always leaves my property Immaculate. I notice a change in the amount of insects coming into my home within hours. I unfortunately had a Carpenter Ant infestation between my bedroom walls and around my back deck. Based on a recommendation by a neighbour who had used them I gave ASAP Pest Control a call and they were fantastic. My technician Rebecca was fabulous and patient explaining in detail what she would do to treat the problem and answering all my questions. The office staff was very pleasant and accommodating every time I called even when I needed to make an appointment change. They sent regular emails to update me on the process as well. Lastly I found their price for my very big job to be quite reasonable and they did live up to their service guarantee by coming to do a touch up re-spray to finish off any of the ants that survived the first treatment. Great job Rebecca and ASAP you have excellent customer service…..now if you could just teach that to my insurance company!!
My association with ASAP Pest Control goes back years ago around 2016 or 2017 when living in Wortley Village. In one of my many trips to the local hardware store as I was renovating my 1860s house, I lamented to a staff member that I faced yet another challenge: carpenter ants in the front porch. I wanted to know if the staff member, whom I had interacted with frequently during renovations, had any recommendations. He didn’t, but another customer who happened to be beside me did! He suggested ASAP, suggesting that they were thorough, knowledgeable and reliable. Good enough for me! I gave them a call, connecting with Jamie the owner. ASAP vanquished the carpenter ants from the old porch and protected the new one that had to be built. Thanks, carpenter ants. My experience with ASAP during this project was outstanding: they were thorough, polite, knowledgeable, developing a reasonable protocol that took place over several months to protect the entire house from these insidious ants. That customer at the hardware store was right: ASAP was superb. Interactions with Jamie assured me of their expertise and dedication to doing a good job.Several years later at my partner’s house the curse of carpenter ants returned to her vintage home. The destruction of these critters is outstanding…. It was time to call ASAP. Once again, they solved the problem with their great skill set. Bravo!Glad forward to August of 2023. This time it was yellow jackets at my partner’s house. They had set up shop in two locations, one near a door where we were stung a couple of times. Ouch! Time to call ASAP! It’s almost like they arrive in capes to save us from nasty critters! This time it was Evan who arrived.
