I had three visits with this company and my experience was consistently positive.During the first appointment, I hadn’t prepared correctly and the technician took the time to explain everything in detail to my kids and I. He explained the treatment with genuine enthusiasm, was very patient, answered our questions, and made sure we understood the process, which both my kids and I appreciated.The second appointment was the actual treatment and went just as smoothly. It felt like a family member took care of us.The follow-up visit was done by a different technician and was just as positive.
Samar came to my property to do an initial inspection and also ended up doing a treatment by setting traps and bait stations. From the moment I met Samar he was extremely professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to explain how Orkin kills the pests and how everything works and also looked over my entire property for possible points of entry etc. I would highly recommend this company and would personally ask for Samar bc he was very thorough and very professional. Im waiting for the followup appointments to see how effective the bait stations were. Will post a followup soon.
The technician from Orkin was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. He was here right when he said he would be here and was very thorough. He said he will be be back in two weeks to check and make sure the treatment is working. I know several people who have used Orkin and I have always heard very good things about them. We had Joe in to get rid of our German cockroach issue. Thank god we caught it very quickly! Joe came in and did what he needed to do and took the time to explain every step and answer the myriad of questions we had. He was knowledgeable and respectful and he relieved my crazed anxiety about the whole ordeal. A million thanks, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.
