Germayn has been an amazing technician for our home and we couldn’t be more pleased with his service. He always communicated his eta via text and communicate back quickly with any questions or requests we have. He updated what he did that day upon completion and as a cherry on top, he gives me recommendations or automatically sets up additional services as he see fit. This morning it was raining so he couldn’t spray as needed due to weather so he instead did what he could with granulars for ants and set up to return as soon as the weather clear- without me asking! THAT is real service. Hats off to him for being amazing!
I got three different inspections/quotes from three different companies when I found termite damage on my property and Luis at HomeShield was by far the most thorough, communicative, and helpful. Though HomeShield's quote wasn't the lowest, Luis worked with me to make sure I got what I needed at a price that made sense and he made sure to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. All the technicians they sent were on time, gave me a heads-up when they were on their way, and did quick and professional work. Daniel was especially helpful explaining and executing the subterranean treatment and Rudy went above and beyond repairing the damaged woodwork. Appreciate them all and will definitely use them again if/when needed!
