We had a great experience for termite treatment on our windows! Alejandro and Brian were great communicators with timing of arrivals and expectations. Alejandro was very friendly, punctual, and did a great job treating our windows. He was also especially kind to our dog who kept following him everywhere, which we appreciated!
We had termites in our house and called Orkin. They were great. Responded quickly, after an inspection packed everything inside the house into insulated bags, tented the house for 3 days and it was done. No termites. They just confirmed it with a free inspection after half a year. Nice people, too.

I was actually hoping to be a repeat customer as my first experience with Orkin was very positive but this second time was terrible. If you are not ready to book and confirm on that same call (service prices ranging from 500+), be ready to receive conflicting quotes and mixed messages based on who you are speaking to. The first, second, and third time I called - I was given three completely different quotes and service packages, and this was all before any type of formal inspection at the home. I will not be back sadly.

After doing my research and reading lots of reviews, Orkin was the best option.From the first visit Robert Russell, one of the manager, was absolutely incredible. He was so patient and took the time to listen to all of my concerns, which really helped put me at ease. He did a super thorough inspection, including the crawlspace, and clearly explained all of his findings. He even gave me some recommendations for long-term maintenance. I was worried about the issue, but his knowledge and calm demeanor made the whole process stress-free. This company istop-notch, therefore I highly recommend Orkin Pest Control Company for their expertise and wonderful attitudes.
