Very impressed with the service provided by Brandon Douglass. He went above and beyond while servicing my home. He not only performed the scheduled work but also identified and brought to my attention some additional issues. He took care of all of them in one visit. I hope he will be the one servicing my home again in the future.
Markel was very curious he arrived within the requested window. He came inside and treated areas as requested. Shared before and after bait traps pictures as requested. Service was very detailed and efficient. Cleaned all eves and treated all necessary areas.
Terrible company, do not hire them for pest control. Upon interviewing them to service my home, I asked if they were able to treat carpenter bees or if that was an extra fee (as I know it’s a complex treatment). They assured me it was no extra and they were one of the only companies in the area that would treat them with their normal monthly plan.After the first treatment, the gentleman told me that they was in fact an additional ($200-300) charge to do the full treatment.I proceeded to call and cancel my subscription and hire someone else. Their customer service was terrible. I was on the phone for an hour getting transferred to all sorts of people for them to tell me that they absolutely will not let me out of my year long contract. I am not stuck paying a company $50/month that isn’t doing anything for me. They come out once a quarter, always when I’m not home to supposedly treat. I still have stink bugs, lady bugs, and mice despite their attempts. I have told them they need to spray inside the house, they never have. I am a homeowner in multiple states and have never had such a terrible experience with pest control.
Ricardo Daniels and Troy Wilder really went above and beyond my expectations with their service. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They helped identify the issue I was having vs what I thought it was. This is the kind of experience I really appreciate when dealing with a service.
Phenomenal service! We had an urgent yellow jacket situation, and not only were they able to get us on the schedule the same day, they worked with us to provide a long-term treatment plan to keep them out of our yard with a payment plan. The tech that came out, Bobby, was supremely nice, professional, communicative, and most importantly he was efficient at getting the job done. There was a very massive (in my opinion) yellow jacket nest in the ground of our side yard that he removed for us without complaint and was even willing to handle it when we had to leave for an appointment. It was remarkable, the experience was all around amazing, I didn't feel pressured in any way, I am 100% satisfied with both the service and with the technician. I would highly recommend and will most likely continue using even after our one year plan is up because honestly, once I find a company that I genuinely like it takes a lot for me to leave them. And I like this company.
