Horrible experience trying to cancel been with them for almost three years. Leave vm and they don’t respond no one is ever available to pickup the phone unless you want new service and when I tried cancelling the transferred me to another department that was not picking up. Once I was able to cancel they wanted to charge me a 30 day fee for not giving a 30 day notice which I have been trying to do with no success. I would not recommend them and hope if you have them you do t go through the same issues that I have gone through. Unfortunately 1 star is the minimum that I can give

I am so grateful to have a company that is willing to work with my schedule. Charlie is very professional and very knowledgeable about his work. He took into account my schedule and the fact that I needed to use my lunch break to come home to let him inside. He was on time as promised. Thanks for all you do Charlie with Urbanex.
The guys coming out to do the service has been friendly, however, they say they check the rodent station but the weeds that are around it have proven otherwise. Please know that it’s nearly impossible to cancel this service, and there’s a small window you can call to get it cancelled without being charged $150. Read that fine print of the contract because you still get charged even if you’ve met the 12-month period of “fulfilling the contract.” Very shady and would not recommend!
Nate K. is the best worker that Urbanex has! A true asset to the company. The office staff person is awesome & helpful too! The service is working, we have not seen any spiders since the 2nd appointment and confident that we will see zero ants. There only a few that pop up from time to time. My husband and I are considering their mosquito treatment too.
