Hard to rate this service as we have a contract and this is a routine preventative visit. Also the ground is covered with snow. I was not home, but my spouse was. Josh came with another person. He treated what he could and checked the traps in the basement. Said he would schedule a later visit when the snow was gone to check the bait traps outside. He sent me pictures of treatment areas and there was good communication. No issues.
Technician was excellent. He let me know exactly what he was going to do then went right The work and did exactly what he said he would do. He was friendly and thorough and sent me pictures of the work that he completed. Very pleased.Thank you.

Let me tell you that Chris that came today was so awesome. The first technician that came couple of months ago was horrible on comparison. He went through the house inside ND outside. Saw things that no one else saw. Was very informative and I would love for him to come out on tge followup because he seems to know alot.....
Matt came by and I was just coming home (good timing) he introduced himself and explained what his plan was. He was so informative I was quite impressed. Great personality and very thorough.
