John is amazing!! Not only does he exemplify excellent customer service qualities and deep care for customer needs, but his knowledge of the products and the process is exceptional. He explains what he is doing, what he is using, and he even explains what we can do on our end to help mitigate the problem. I definitely recommend this company. I was blown away when I saw their ratings but after using them myself, it makes so much sense. They are also priced better than most places I looked into and the maintenance fee is reasonable and affordable. Additionally, everyone is so nice and professional and genuinely helpful. The administrative/scheduling people on the phones are the same way - kind, professional, and super helpful.
