Communication is great. I received an email well before my service was scheduled to renew. I received reminders of my upcoming service as well. The indoor service was explained to me by John, the technician. He was telling me about the free home inspection I can schedule with my service. He placed bait boxes as well. I had Batzner last year and was very happy that I did not see bugs.
We had an inspection scheduled. We wanted to cancel that appointment. I was sent to someone that would help. They put me on hold and never picked up. I tried that several times each through a different phone number and operator. I finally got through using a different phone number. My initial inspection was scheduled a week out and in that time we found a company that came out the next day. A week out, sending me into on hold he’ll, stay way!!
They did a great job when we needed mice to be removed, cleaned, and replaced insulation. As well as fixing an opening from the exterior of our house that they were getting into. Their scheduling team is where they have major problems. They do not communicate when you need them to come to your house outside the already set quarterly schedule. My husband had to go back and forth with phone calls regarding scheduling to get our exterior fixed. We’ve had them schedule for a worker to come out without telling us date and time. They have also put dates and times on their books incorrectly that once they did not show up and another time they came on the wrong day. We rescheduled our quarterly for an afternoon and we got notification that they will be arriving in the morning. They need a better system and proper training for how they can properly schedule and communicate with their customers. This has happened more than 5 times now. They do a wonderful job with handling pests and has been consistent with handling this. The administration side of things needs to be improved. If customers have issues with scheduling I can only imagine the confusion and frustration the on site workers have
Person who came yo my house was incredibly respectful. He searched my lower level for rodent activity signs and set up bate stations as needed. He then patiently explained everything he’d done beach to guve me a better understanding. He was the most knowledgeable-or at least the most willing to share his knowledge- person ever sent yo my home. We discussed insulation and he said he’d reach out to someone about helping me with that. That very day i got a call from the person who coordinates insulation projects. As an aside i looked outside by back window after he left. I saw him looking around outside- presumably trying to find places where rodents would exit-especially dead ones who had eaten the bait. I think he did this bc i shared my concerns ( I have a serious immune issue) abd can’t be exposed to them. Please consider this evaluation as my whole hearted endorsement on that technician.
Ian did an amazing job with looking over the interior and exterior of our home. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. I would highly recommend him as a service provider; unfortunately his route is more southern WI. Our service provider before Ian, Scott, also did an amazing job. I love Batzner for these two providers, but dislike how the company itself moved Scott away from residential and the company itself also missed the fall appointment. Thank you Ian and Scott for your combined services. You guys deserve a raise!!!
