3 people came by 3 separate times regarding possible mice in the attic. One sprayed the garage and said put steel wool in the hole out there. The other put a couple traps in the garage and one in the attic. Last one came and stomped around in the attic and then came down and quoted us, 9k, 10k, and 12k for insullation and infestation removal. We luckily were not approved for financing and just found a different place. Feenyx did an amazing job! Very friendly & helpful. He heard my kiddos in the background & gave them some cute coloring books?? And even brought up the driveway both of my garbage cans!! That was very sweet & unexpected. Kiddos saw his act of kindness so it prompted them to want to make & give him a thank you valentine while he serviced the outside of the house.?? Thank you!
Mackinzey/Phoenix did an excellent job with the outside service and took care to help me identify the likely entry point of a recently discovered mouse as well as helped me with several solutions to prevent and treat. I definitely enjoyed their service and am happy to be a Moxie customer! Service received was first quarterly external treatment along with some specific interior basement questions. We have a service plan so I’m unsure of cost but I do believe it to be reasonably priced for all that comes with the contracted service plan.
Been trying to get in contact with them about a wasp situation in our fireplace. Called them at least 10 times between my husband and I. Emailed them. And also submitted an online inquiry. Nothing. No response. Please call us back. Will edit this review once we have a solution. So far not worth the money we put into. If anything, I’ve seen more wasps around. Once fall and winter comes hopefully the bugs will automatically leave.
