Kyle at Valor Pest Solutions was the 3rd person from this company to come out to help with the mice infestation in my garage and vehicle... he showed me where the mice were getting in. Then we kicked around different ideas until Kyle came up with a good custom resolution. Parts were needed, etc., so we scheduled and he came back to implement his idea.I paid over 1k to this company.... Ridiculous! Huge waste of money.
Marcus, our technician is the best! It’s nice to get the same person every time. He’s thorough, knowledgeable, so professional, and Valor is really exceptional to work with. They help accommodating our schedule so we can be sure that we’re home and we see almost zero bugs.. And we live on a wooded lot, so we’re very happy with Val and their service.
Brand new customer. Contacted them after hours last night due to a mice problem. Promptly called me this morning and a tech has already been here and done the initial setup and first service. Kyle is my new hero, I’m not even joking. I have been dealing with a mice issue in my basement for years now and have tried everything. Today, Kyle had the stones to do what no other company or agent has been willing to do and climbed underneath my deck and found the major issues we’ve assumed were the culprit for years. He filled everything in and I’m confident I’m finally going to be rid of this headache. I’m so grateful to Kyle and Valor for not just going through the motions and actually working on a solution to solve the problem. I was also glad to hear that when Valor realized my previous agent wasn’t cutting the mustard, they made a change and moved on from him. Valor is a company who actually cares about their customer and aren’t just looking to get a check. I will recommend them to everyone I know. It’s one of the first times I’ve been truly impressed by a company. There just aren’t companies around like this anymore. 10/10 above and beyond excellent job. I can’t thank Kyle enough. Always great and professional service. I have used them for pest control for a year and I had one issue with pests and they came right out and resolved it. Anytime I text for help with an appointment or a bill, they respond immediately. The service person that comes out is always so nice and attentive to the fact I have cats and they spray where they need and tell me what they did so I can keep the pets away. Great service! 10/10 recommend
