There was confusion on the unauthorized creation of my account but customer service (specifically Andrew) was AMAZING and helped solve the issue immediately. I was super worried about it but am super grateful for Andrew and the team working on it so quickly!! Stay away from Insight!1) Sales person at door said no auto-renew (my condition of signing up). I believed him. Mistake. The office didn't care when I complained because they had it in writing. I guess I was gullible.2) They said they could handle home moths. They couldn't. A couple of ineffective traps were provided a few times. The office didn't care when I complained.3) The billed me for a service that they admitted was incomplete. Once again, when I escalated they did not care.4) The cost for about 15 minutes a visit is ridiculously high given the ineffectiveness.Seems to me to be a scam.
Slick sales pitch, and I was impressed by the promise that they would come back and retreat as often as needed to get the job done for no additional charge. Unfortunately their product appears to not work, so multiple treatments of the same area did not have an appreciable effect on the insects I was paying them to treat. Worse still, when I asked them to come deal with a wasp nest inside the soffit, the technician came and sprayed the exterior of our house with their placebo chemical, made no effort to actually look for or get rid of the wasp nest (which you would expect to be a basic service for a "pest control" company). The technician didn't even have a ladder (he actually asked if he could climb on top of our AC unit to get closer to the wasp nest) or a bee suit to properly deal with wasps. Currently I am trying to get them to actually make good on their money back guarantee by cancelling my contract and refunding me my last payment to them, and surprise-surprise, they are giving me the runaround. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Call a REAL pest control company if you have problems that need to be dealt with.
It was a pleasure to have Benny as our technician today, he took his time to look at the work that needs to be done in the front and back yards and did a wonderful job. So appreciative of his time and care to do a good job! We appreciate his professionalism and thoroughness providing an excellent service!Since starting with Insight Solutions last year, we've been able to enjoy the outside more during the day and evening, as the bugs are reduced significantly.
