Fast , effective services. The tech went though his plan for me for exterior rodent control. Initially went with the 3 month subscription, he was very thorough each visit, showed me how much bait was taken and refilled with new bait. Im smack dab in the middle of the city and ended up calling back within a month for a yearly exterior protection plan as we need consistent rodent control.This is the third company ive called since buying my house 8 years ago and the ONLY. One that came back more then once . I still have bait stations from orkin from 6 years ago in my yard that were never serviced or picked back up Highly recommend Adam's pest control over any of the big companies!

They once were a great company for responding but the service level has dropped dramatically in the last 2 years. I was made to feel like an inconvenience the last time I called which is why I’ve switched to a new provider. If I could purchase the commercial bait myself I’d fill the bait boxes myself. It’s not rocket science.
Extremely professional and efficient! I highly recommend them. Had a rat issue under my shed. Michael placed traps, closed entry points and within a week there were no signs of rats present.
