Dale has helped me on two occasions now. He is so knowledgeable about bugs and pesky critters. I started seeing a lot of hornets around my entrance and after he sprayed the area, they vanished! A few months later, I had a problem with what I thought was fruit flies in my garage. He came over and quickly diagnosed the type of bug, the issue and explained exactly what I needed to do to get rid of them naturally and prevent them coming back.
