We had both the mosquito/tick and house packages. We live in the country. My wife saw maybe 1 spider this summer. We were surprised how well the mosquito treatment worked. Our first service by Insight. Harsh P. was our technician. Harsh was extremely attentive, very polite and efficient in conducting the task at hand. My wife had asked that she be notified when he was done, and a text message was dispatched to her in a timely manner. It's been almost a year since we started using Insight. Wow! So happy we did. We've reclaimed our decks and outside space. We can leave the doors open if we want to! The team has been wonderful to work with. The always come as scheduled, even if weather isn't good for treatment, they take this time to discuss why and their plans for next step. On top of this, we don't get charged for these visits. I am very pleased with the service and highly recommend Insights. You won't be disappointed.
