I was very satisfied with the actual service I received from Terminix. The technician who came to remove hornets nesting on my front porch was professional and efficient. My issue is with the company’s billing and payment process. I was not contacted for payment until almost three months after the service had already been completed. When I first received a phone call about a balance owing, I initially thought it might be a scam because I believed I had already provided my credit card information when booking the service (this could have been my error for misremembering). Once I eventually received an official email requesting payment, I sent the required balance via e-transfer to the exact email address they provided. Despite this, I am still receiving phone calls stating that I have an outstanding balance. This service was completed last summer, and continuing to receive calls about a balance that has already been paid is very frustrating. Terminix seriously needs to improve their billing and communication systems.

I've always had great service with this company from both the technicians and the staff that answer the phone, today I spoke to Kadesha and got excellent service. They are very friendly and always courteous especially the technician in my area who is Joel LeBlanc, thank you Joel for your great service.

Amazing service from the first phone call.

Explained the situation (wasp/Yellowjacket/some sort of vile stinging flying menace making its way into my house) and they were very sympathetic to the situation. They also explained potential treatment options upfront.

Nathan was the person who came out to take a look, very nice and knowledgeable guy. I showed him where they were coming in from and he explained where the nest potentially was. He applied the treatment and that was that.

Followed up later in the week, came inside to the basement where there was still some interior activity to get a better idea, reapplied some treatment outside and left.

Followed up again and when I said there was more activity he made another quick visit to see what was going on and did another treatment.

Of course with this situation I would have loved an immediate solution but they were very upfront that with a nest in my wall that wasn't going to be the and explained very clearly what the approach would be and what I could expect.

Very friendly and great service and my situation appears to be resolved at this time. 100% would recommend and I'm very happy and wasp/Yellowjacket/menace free and happily enjoying my basement again.

Price wasn't bad either. Never needed exterminator services before so didn't know what to expect but $180 or after taxes to get wasps out of the wall seems like a decent deal to me.

The Terminix employee arrived on time, quickly refilled the bait stations and gave me a quick briefing on what he found and possible next steps. Very professional! I would definitely recommend their service.

Outstanding job by Nathan. Takes great care of all my pest control issues at my restaurant. Had hornet issues at my home and he went over same day and found large nest inside roof and took care of that too. Very quick to respond and responsible. I highly recommend!!
