We just had our first service today. My opinion may evolve over time, but so far I’m very pleased. The technician, Mark, was very friendly, communicated well on several levels, did exactly what was asked, and was very thorough with his work. I’m pretty picky about who I allow to spray around my home for bugs, and based on this experience I would definitely be comfortable working with him again in the future
He had great communication skills. Very nice and respectful. Told me exactly what he was gonna do before hand and asked if I had any questions. Listened to my questions and concerns. He did great !!
This business is lack of the integrity. Do NOT trust their salesman and their employees.We were being told (the sales) we can cancel the agreement anytime but he left out there’s an early cancellation fee $250. The service was just ok, they do come and spray but they always have to re-treat.Besides “yearly” contract you can’t back out of… they charge you 13 months, not 12 months because the first month “the initial” service does not consider as part of the 12 months service.I suggest you to go with other providers!
We have been very pleased with moxie pest control. We had a lot of ant mounds around our home & in the yard, also some spider issues. We are happy with the service techs & results. We especially enjoy Patty!
Pedro Lopez was our tech. He literally risked his life by knocking over (and spraying dead) three of the largest wasp nests that were hiding very high up in our rooftop overhangs. His approach was methodical and he was just fearless! After those dramatic moments he just went on with fully treating the entire house like he wasn’t a conquering hero! We kept thanking him and he nonchalantly said it was his job. Well Sir, job well done Pedro!…our family of six plus dog are experiencing time on our porches without bees in our faces.
