Our Technician, Donna, has been servicing our home for approximately 10 years. She also serviced my parents home before they passed away. And she services my daughter’s home nearby. She is very consistent-always giving me a call when she’s coming/on her way/is tied up in traffic, etc. She values my time. She’s flexible on a minutes notice. She’s very thoughtful, knowledgeable-answers my questions, does a great job in keeping our home pest and grounds mosquito free. Donna is very trustworthy.
