They were hired by my apartment and the complex didn't communicate to me that I would need to be gone. I advised them of my work hours and when it would be convenient to come back and he said he'd "try". They did return the same day without confirming. Though appreciated, I just didn't like the overall demeanor of the guy when he came back. He entered without knocking. And his time was just rude.

You should ALWAYS knock before entering. No matter what.
