Terminex came out and installed bait traps all around the house and 2 sheds. They were efficient and fast, cleaning up as they went. They had to drill through concrete in two places because of the distances between the traps. All was done in less that 2 hours and when done, everything was clean. I was pleased with the service.

I always get great professional service with Terminix and my pest control guy Jacob. He’s reliable, thorough, and gets the job done quickly. He’s also flexible and very accommodating when it comes to scheduling and I appreciate that.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Terminix NOLA retreated my house for termites uptown on 2/25/26; before treating the employee assured me to my face that would drill no new holes and only use the existing holes that Terminix drilled when they first treated seven years ago; the next day, I noticed not only did they drill new holes (contrary to their assurances) but did so in very conspicuous places—right on the front porch steps on both sides of the double. They could have and should have used the existing holes that were right off to the side of the steps, on the side of the porch, or the ones at the bottom of the steps just under the gravel, but they didn’t. Worse still, not only did they create new, unsightly holes in a highly visible place but they (a) failed to properly fill them and (b) worst of all, damaged the steps by creating fissures and cracks in several places. I called to take the issue up with them and was assured the manager Kerry would call me back as soon as he was back in the office that day; so far, that hasn’t happened. I would not recommend Terminix unless and until they own up to their fault and fix it properly (I would say “properly and promptly” but they already failed on the promptly part). This is after they took my money (more than $2000) for retreatment three-plus months ago and never followed up to schedule the retreatment; then when I finally called them to schedule, they gave me a date and then canceled it without explanation and rescheduled for several weeks later. What a debacle. I expect more for my money. Terminix NOLA charges premium prices and gives failing-grade service at best, and damages your property at worst. @terminixnola if you read this please call me to fix your mess-ups asap!!
