You never want to have to deal with bed bugs but Luis was so thorough, responsive, understanding, and took all my questions and answered them- all without even seeing my home. Danny was wonderful. He called to tell me he was coming and answered all the questions I had over the phone, as well as whatever questions my husband had during the inspection prior to the service. Every inch of my home was done, especially since I had another company come in before. The offered a warranty program which I gladly took and they always honored it. One of the best! I have had issues with bed bugs for months. I called Luis and All Out Bed Bugs back in June and he was so kind, helpful, and reassuring. The treatment was reasonably priced, offered a warranty program, and was worth every penny. My house was treated multiple times and each time I called Luis with a question or a concern, he was not dismissive and listened with a sympathetic ear. He made sure to send someone out each time I called whether it was to fix a previous company's error (should have called him first), or because of a straggler or an issue from the unit above mine and his crew was fantastic each and every time. He answered my question and gave me honest answers each time. He made an awful situation better by being just a genuinely nice person. I am so grateful for him and his company.
