We had a very successful experience, all the mice were eliminated, but in order to be sure we asked Shakil to come back again and verify--and, yes, the mice are gone! He put down more bait, just in case. Very efficient, we recommend this business!

After dealing with mice and rats for a long time, we decided to contact Bug Techs Pest Control and Alex came today and did a phenomenal job. We had a hole in a wood stair and Alex patched it, which was impressive. He inspected everywhere in our apartments and patched a lot of holes that we couldn't see ourselves and placed poison where needed. Payment is also flexible as you have different ways to pay or you can pay full in cash like we did. Overall, 10/10 experience and we will definitely recommend to other people we know!
After making a call just yesterday after hearing sounds of mice (I thought I was hallucinating), Shakir immediately shows up to our property and starts troubleshooting. There were entries of mice and he worked through them quickly, closing up hole fixtures and setting up rat traps and poisons. We also found the trap with the mice stuck to it that made the sounds I was hearing. Super efficient work, Shakir is pleasant to work with and communicate, he also offered a three month warranty too.
