Mike was very professional. He made sure to explain to me how the extermination process of mice could take place. He brought chemicals and baits for rodents and put them in places where my golden retriever will not reach. As suspected, the problem started from the wall behind the stove where 3 big wholes were left open and became the entrance gate to my apt . He put poison around the pipelines of the heater , covered some of the holes with a mesh and advised me not to leave any dogs food overnight. The follow up visits and general recommendations. Very reliable and professional. The cost included the number of visits agreed on the contract .

I believe Stanley was the gentleman’s name who was dispatched to my home in Brooklyn, but he was extremely friendly and overall very professional.
