Thomas was phenomenal! I appreciate his flexibility! I called on a Wednesday evening, around 6pm and was able to schedule an appt for Friday at 930am. He expressed grave knowledge throughout the service, and provided great recommendations specific to my home. He's so personable, efficient, and quick. The entire service took about 1.5hrs, and I have a 3000+ Sq. ft home. The price was EXTREMELY reasonable for a Preventive pest treatment, especially for today's economy. I was able to pay with my credit card via a link, which was easy and very convenient for me. I can't thank him enough for such a smooth experience. He really set the tone for future encounters.
