This is the second time we have had NJ Pest come out to our house, and they are always amazing. Our tech this time was Anthony and he was super knowledgeable, took his time, answered all of our questions, and gave us great advice beyond just the treatment needed!
I have used this company for a few years now and I have been very happy with them. Every year around this time I get small ants in the house and they can tell where they get in and I would recommend them. Anthony did a great job helping me see their place of entry. These were the tiny ants but I am sure the black ants will be here as soon as it gets warmer.
Great experience with NJ Pest. Mark came out same day and inspected attic and outside of house for how the squirrels are getting in. They fixed a spot and left traps in attic which they will check in couple weeks! Mark was great and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone with wildlife issues.
NJ Pest charged me $1000 to seal areas of potential entry, it did not stop the activity so they sent me a proposal for additional seal up work. They sent technicians to my house when I was not home and did not communicate those appointments. They do not answer the phone and never solved the problem or attempted to solve the problem. I do not recommend working with them.
Rick was awesome! We had a HIGE bald-faced hornet nest. Rick took the time to educate us on the specific bees, the chemicals he would be using, and what we should expect after removal of the nest. Rick was extremely professional and impressively knowledgeable in his field.
