We’ve lived here for two years and I really like it when Raeshawn is the one who comes to do the pest control, because he’s always super friendly and careful with my huge and wild garden. I don’t have a typical yard with boring grass and have been trying to replace it with everything from gardening (vegetables, fruits, herbs etc) to ground cover, flowers, plants, potted plants, to little walkways and even though I don’t expect people to be careful about where they walk, I noticed how he’s always been careful to not step on anything and I really just appreciate that he’s aware of my garden that’s almost always growing and changing. He always tells me what he’s doing and what kind of stuff he’ll be using. And if I have any questions or concerns about a certain type of bug or something he is happy to tell me about it and it’s just really nice to see people that aren’t in a hurry, but also take pride in their work. You can tell if a company is good when their product works but also when the employees are actually happy and care about what they do. It’s so important to give good reviews to let companies know when they have a great employee because there are so many grumpy employees nowadays that it’s almost easy to forget how some people do have great work ethic and care about the work they are doing. Very happy with the work they do and not having to worry about gross bugs!! I highly recommend Alta if you’re looking for professional help with pest control. I haven’t had any issues with bugs since using them.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would just for Raeshawn alone. The service he gives is ?? Always friendly, professional and informative. He gives us the time to answer all of our questions. And he is mindful of our cats. ????????
Wesley was very professional & very thorough. He explained the treatments he was using & the process for each of them. He was done in what seemed like no time (for me & my 5 cats) & we got back to our lives with no fleas. I'm so glad my granddaughter told me about Alta. Life is so much better now. Alta Pest Control sprays my house for all things I don’t like….BUGS!! I can’t say enough nice things about them. Wesley did my yard today and always thorough and gets all the crazy places! Thank you Wesley…my family can now enjoy our backyard!!
