I called and he was at my home within the same day, and took care of our problem! He was very friendly, explained the process and was good enough to clean up any leftover pest control. Very thorough and well priced, and thank you for the Vet discount! My husband and I haven’t seen a mouse since! I’m so glad I didn’t have to spend Orkin money to get it taken care of.
My husband and I could not have been more pleased with our experience with the Mice Guys! They were quick to respond, came to our house the same week, and were very informative on how to eliminate the problem/where the issue is. I even texted him after the initial consult further questions & he was happy to answer all of my questions. They were personable & very reasonably priced. The Mice Guys service was all around a great experience. Response time was quick, service was thorough, and Edwin spent time to answer all the questions we had. They use clear tops on their bait and so you are able to actually see if they are being used. They came to follow up yesterday and replaced the used bait and cleaned up at each location. I'm so happy that the issue was quickly resolved.
The Mice Guys were AMAZING. Quick to respond, quick to identify my rat issue, and just so friendly! Came back a couple weeks after initial treatment to ensure it was working and to replace my "rat box". Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
Edwin & Dakota were very helpful throughout a very frustrating process. They were personable, kind, generous with their time and professional. I've had no issues since they've been out -- and, they worked quickly with me during the busy holiday season. The prices were also a breath of fresh air.
