Where to start. Well I’ve been using Moxie since 2023. In November they had a literal child come out to do an attic inspection driving a Moxie vehicle. First he made us wait 30 minutes while he finished a phone call while standing in the drive way yammering on his phone. He said I had a mouse infestation and it was going to be $20,000 to rectify. Quickly called up my handyman who rushed over to check because he was in the attic only a few weeks before. No mouse infestation from a trusted source. I looked and no mouse infestation. Moxie blamed the 3rd party service but again the child showed up in a vehicle wrapped in the moxie logo.Cancelled our pest control service the next day. Had to call back a couple months later because they attempted to charge and lo and behold they didn’t cancel our service. Finally got the service cancelled.Now comes to the termite service. Last serviced for termites in March of 2025. Service was done April 1st of 2025. I called in February asking for an inspection to be done but wait they won’t do the inspection without renewal. Said they would give us a $50 discount. Told them I would call back because I had until March 29th to decide. They called back a few days later. Guess what??? That one year warranty service is actually only 11 months so it expired in February. They refused to do an inspection within the warranty. So basically their warranty is only for 11 months long even though they swear it’s 1 year. The representative tried to gaslight me. I spent 23 minutes explaining how this could be rectified and how upset I was over the whole ordeal and instead of answering my questions she kept asking about the renewal. The company is crooked. I’ve switched to innovative pest control. An actual honest company that has integrity and won’t gaslight you.
The worker was very professional. He answered any questions I had did a great job doing the job so I was very impressed with his work. Would recommend him to anybody. Thank you for the experience.
