Had the first service today and Sachi did it for a six plex and one of my tenants reached out right away to ask the ladies name who serviced her apartment so that she could call and leave a great review about her professionalism. Great first impression.
Sachi came and unlike the previous company that was hired for my unit, she personally asked me if there were any issues going on and when I told her mice, she seemed to genuinely show caring and precautious behavior with her tone, feedback, as well as actions. - She said that they would do some extra mice treatments outside when she came back and even found the hole I believed they were coming in and out of that I wasn’t able to see, by using a long tilted mirror thing. Sachi was patient and great!

‘Tis the season for “unwanted critters” inside and out.Upon contacting Miller Pest Solutions, I received professional and friendly service when scheduling an appointment.My technician Ewan, arrived promptly, explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any concerns. I showed him at which time we did a walkthrough the main level, basement and the exterior perimeters.Upon completion, I was impressed with the service and elected to have follow-up every three months. Happy and satisfied customer!
Miller Pest & Termite is the best. They made a special accommodation for my service and showed up as promised. Joshua arrived, listened to my issue, walked around with me, and thoroughly explained what the issue was NOT and went on to describe the insect and why I was having an issue with my newly constructed home. He made perfect sense and I felt much better knowing what he was doing and knowing they will follow up in a couple of weeks. I trust MP&T and Joshua. Thank you for going above and beyond.
