Rats in the attic?? Didn’t know that was a thing. I suspected something had crawled up into my soffit and made itself comfortable. Called up Truly Nolen after checking in with my regular best control company that was trying to charge me a small fortune to take care of the issue. Truly Nolen came out the next day, completed a free inspection. Bill was the inspector and he was very pleasant and gave me a quick estimate that was reasonable for my needs. Ray came out two days later and worked on my house to keep any more rats ?? from coming in, he set some traps in the attic and he was very kind and professional. He was also very careful not to damage anything in my home when he had to access my second floor attic with his big ladder to set some traps. So far I am pleased with the services provided from this company.Update: 2/19/26Had a great experience with my last couple of trap checks that were completed by Herbie and Jimmy B. Unfortunately the first round of traps didn’t take care of the problem so the company stood by their warranty and came back out to check for new access points. Herbie was here for a trap check and closed up a hole up the side of the house that was missed while he was here. Jimmy was very sweet, polite and helpful. Both guys were very knowledgeable about their job and they called to give me the heads up that they were on their way prior to their arrival.
I have had a rodent contract with Truly Nolen for over five years. The services provided by them is excellent. Last week I had a live rodent in my house that had escaped from the trap. TJ from from the company came within half an hour to catch it. He was courteous, friendly, and very, very helpful. He caught the rat and disposed of it. I was very impressed by his services. I would highly recommend the company for rodent as well as pest services and lawn services. They are prompt and courteous
