Small mouse problem turned into rat problemwith Insight! Would never hire them again! A multiple years contract that brought bait into our home, never found the entry point and resulted in rats! No urgency or additional support and lack of expertise by technicians…just more bait. Canceled subscription. Emailed feedback. No response.We hired Skedaddle to help. Skedaddle found the entry point in their first walk around house, sealed it the next day and added traps. No more mice or rats.3 years of wasted money on Insight and then had to pay another company to actually fix the problem. I am shocked by Insight’s overall rating. I would give them 0 out of 5 if I could.Hire Skedaddle for professionalism, customer service, expertise, results and peace of mind. Insight gave us none of that.
Amazing company.Ever since we hired them they have been right on with all their souloutins. We had no issues with hornets this year or ants. The mice problem much to my cats upset is solved. Mind you she keeps looking! JESSE UBDEGROVE was the tech that came and he is amazing. Explained everything and quietly and quickly completed the work.
Is there a reason why your driver follows incredibly close and drives aggressively in heavy traffic? I had traffic in front, so there was no reason for your driver to be so aggressive, then switching lanes and passing like he has a rabid racoon to catch. He so close to my vehicle, I was able to catch a clear shot of him and your company vehicle. Way to represent the company!
I have been using the quarterly service since May 2024 and found it has lead to a significant reduction in the number of ants externally in our large patio areas as well the mice issue inside the home has been addressed, no more mice inside the home since starting with this service. The Technicians that arrived to service our property have been knowledgeable, professional and friendly answering any questions and making adjustments to ant and rodent stations as required. I have had Juan and more recently Ankush perform the quarterly service on the exterior and interior of our home. I have no complaints or concerns so far. Service has proved useful.
Guspreet & Shrey, were here today for our first treatment. They did a good job spraying for ants, other chemicals against wasps/hornets, plus took down two wasps nests. I watched them do their work around our house and yard.Thank you for coming today.
