Found pest patrol on google. Called in and Edan received my call. He listened carefully as I explained my pest issue. He was able to point out the source of the issue, which is seasonal, and the pest will vanish in due time. Since the pests are few in number he recommended I give it time and did not charge for this information. I gave 5 starts for great customer service unbiased advice.
We called late on a Sunday in a panic, thinking we found a coach roach egg by our back door. Rather than charging us to come out he helped us identify that it was actual a fly egg. He helped us, charged us nothing and stopped a panic. I will definitely call him if I every have another issue, happy to pay for their service.
I contacted Eden about a bird being stuck in our dryer vent. Within 24 hours he was at my house removing the bird and safely letting it free outside. He then installed a plastic cover around our outside dryer vent. I truly appreciated his quick, efficient and quality work. Thank you again!!
Was very pleased with Auday at Pest Patrol Ottawa. Called and within an hour he was able to assess and exterminate the wasp nest. He was very thorough and observant, and took his time to unearth the nest and effectively exterminate the colony. All in all, this was very professional service at a competitive price (after having researched the competition) -- especially with the 3-month guarantee.
