I had the pleasure of meeting Wayne when he came to my home last summer for an issue I was having. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and was ready to get to work. He inspected a few areas and knew exactly what needed to be done. He completed the job within hours and came back a few days later to see how things were going. From what I could tell my problem had been resolved.I highly recommend Wayne and his team to complete any issues pertaining to insects (flying or crawling) along with bigger pests such as raccoons,etc. You won’t be disappointed. Very bad service. We paid Wayne Pest Control in full as requested. After payment, the technician only showed up one time. The owner is now claiming the technician came 3–4 times, which is completely untrue.On the one day the technician did arrive, I was on my way home from work. He left without calling me, even though a simple phone call could have avoided the issue. Instead of resolving the situation, the owner accused us of being disrespectful and said they were “wasting their time on us.”We paid good money for a service that was not provided as promised. Being blamed and disrespected as a paying customer is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
We needed assistance to rid our home of mice. I contacted the company and was happy to have an appointment the next morning. After visiting our home, the technician provided us with some recommendations on what was needed. We were happy with the proposal and price. The work was completed the following day. Taylor, the technician was professional, courteous and well informed and trained on how to stop the mice from coming in and also deterring them from frequenting the area around our home.Followup 8-10 days after the traps are set and sealing is done and is included in the price of the service.
Wayne’s provided great service when we had a raccoon enter our attic by making a hole in the roof. A quote was provided quickly and they came through next day, did an excellent repair and provided a way for the raccoon to leave. Returned a week later to finish up. Overall they made a difficult situation as good as could be, with friendly and professional staff and clear communication. Highly recommended.
