We contacted City Best for a mouse problem. The technician was prompt, communicative, and extremely thorough. He did a great job filling in the gaps around my downstairs, showing me where the mice were coming in and explaining how he was fixing each spot. I'm very grateful for their help and fingers crossed this does the trick!

We live in a row home, and no matter how clean you and your neighbors are, row homes can be a vermin super highway. I was tired of encountering the occasional cockroach, and the springtime conga line of ants that danced through our first floor. So I set up a contract with City Best Pest For quarterly treatments. It’s worked, and I am grateful. The treatments are short in time and can be conveniently scheduled. The technicians are friendly and go about their business quickly. I keep my cat in our bathroom for about an hour and an I keep my cat in our bathroom for about an hour after the treatment. No ill effects on humans or cats. And the bugs stay away!
The technician, Steve, was very helpful and immediately found possible points of mice entry that we had never been aware of, and that our previous service had never found, and sealed them off. He also offered to come back the following week to complete the sealing in a bathroom once I got some new caulk. I’m sure he can do a much better job than me, so I appreciated the offer.
Beyond excellent service from Mr. Jon! I had their services once before 4 months ago. A full examination and inspection was conducted. Everything at the time that could be taken care of and sealed up was. I had another issue recently occur. I called. We were able to set up an emergency appointment within 2 days. He did a full examination and inspection once again. The new holes that were created were found, and sealed. And extra things were taken care of as well!
