Jerome described the work he was doing for his visit. He asked for an update regarding a separate trip he made back in August to treat ants inside the home. “Know your customer” is an important component of delivering high-value service. He then suggested for me to keep an eye out for any issues inside the home as warmer weather is coming to the area. Good stuff.

horrible experience. Explained a million times to a million different techs and managers that we have a special case and cannot accommodate to Aerosol as easily, asked them to do 4:30-5:30 - they said they could not, scheduled me for 3-5, only for them to then turn around and not show up at 3 when I’ve got the elders, 2 dogs & everyone in the house ready to go. They ended up accommodating to the time I asked the first time, but costing me my workday, daycare extension time, contractor’s hours, etc. Never again.

He was very considerate of our space and specific requests that I had. I don’t think anyone enjoys calling pest control. But if you have to call Moxie
