Core services include routine exterior/interior pest treatments for common desert pests and optional termite bait solutions, as discussed by technicians during visits. Service plans are commonly structured on a recurring schedule with an annual agreement and quarterly treatments, per customer descriptions.
Recent reviews highlight courteous, communicative technicians who explain treatments, safety windows for pets, and how to request follow-ups. Several customers appreciated clear descriptions of contract length and quarterly scheduling. Some concerns focus on door-to-door sales interactions and pricing compared with competitors. Overall ratings skew positive for technician professionalism and clarity during service visits.
Elias was very convincing and is a very talented salesperson. It sounded promising, but we are new to AZ and really want to research before making any hasty decisions. Shout out to Elias for being polite, positive, and welcoming.
First initial visit, so far so good. Mixed online reviews by others on sales and service from Ogden I am concerned about will update personal issues. About $10/month more than I was paying. Original quoted rates seem excessive for the industry. The tech did explain what they were doing and explained their termite bait product I will consider in the future adding on. Clearly explained 12 month contract and monthly fee for quarterly treatments that is the industry standard I had before. I watched a crew of 2 gentlemen remove cobwebs, spray and appear to be a normal application I have seen from my previous provider. Scorpion is an add-on for Arizona where we are which is fair to people not in Arizona I guess. Images are from my initial visit they texted me upon completion.
So enjoyed meeting Shane this morning! As he was thorough in his explanation of what he will be doing and the after effects and most importantly reminding me not to let my my pups out for 30minutes after treatment. Finally, Shane’s ability to communicate thoroughly about what he will be carrying out and further his explanation of how I may communicate for any questions or necessary attention to treatment at any time! Shane is an excellent example of professionalism! Your company is very lucky to have Shane as a part of Your team!Thank-You!!!!
Please instruct your sales people to honor "NO SOLICITING" requests from homeowners. Even after I pointed out the sign, and said I didn't want your services, he continued trying to sell me on it. I had to ask several times for him to stop. When I referred again to the "no soliciting" sign on my door, he pretended not to know what the word meant. Anyway, you may have a great service, but that's a terrible way to try to get customers. I would never use Hawx on principle simply because of that interaction.
Excellent service! The person was very courteous and kind. He made me feel very comfortable, especially because i was home alone with my son. He explained everything with patience and great kindness.
