We called Insectek for a quote on termite inspection and treatment. The termite inspection was free and they were able to get someone out to our property the same day I called, which was reassuring since we had found evidence of some termite activity and wanted an assessment asap. Sarat showed up exactly when we were told he would arrive. He was thorough with his evaluation and gave me a very detailed explanation of what he found, as well as our options for treatment. Sarat was very knowledgeable, personable and reassuring that our issue would be well taken care of. We opted for treatment of the active areas and perimeter bait stations around both our home and our shop. Nolan arrived promptly at the scheduled time to provide this service. He was here for several hours. Throughout this time, he was efficient, respectful of our property, and extremely knowledgeable and attentive to any and all questions we asked. We feel very at ease that the service provided will eradicate our current issue and eliminate any cause for worry in the future.
