I have used Uni-Tech for eight years now! Our technician Cole is awesome. Always communicates prior to his arrival to spray. He’s very thorough and always takes his time inside an out. Before he leaves he checks in on any bug activity which we never have (thanks to Uni-Tech) and stocks us up on sticky pads just incase. The whole team Ashley, Steve and Roger have always gone above and beyond for termite treatments along the way. Would highly recommend!!

When I bought my house, the previous owner had it treated by Uni-tech and they honored the warranty after I moved in. I have continued to use them for the last 10 years and I am always impressed.The office staff is friendly and had appointments available the same week. The owner, Roger, has done my last couple of inspections. He was thorough and found two additional termite tubes I hadn't noticed. He is very patient and friendly. He takes his time explaining things. They offer two different brands of pesticides and he assured me that the cheaper one works just as well as the more expensive one and they have the same warranty. I appreciated him not trying to upsell me. They were able to schedule my treatment a couple days after my inspection. He left a card with his cell phone number in case I had questions.Cole did my treatment. He was very professional and took his time. He made sure to clean up after himself.I found the treatment cost reasonable. It comes with a 2 year warranty that offers free retreatment. After the warranty ends they offer a continued warranty for a reasonable annual charge. All the other companies I looked into only offered 1 year warranties.
Second time we've used this company. They are doing well. Our tech, Porter, is a lovely young man. He's very respectful, courteous and great with communication. I like that he'll text when he's enroute.
Steve came to my house this morning promptly @ 11:00 - right on time. He has been to my house before and did a great job with the 2 termite trails hanging from my kitchen ceiling.
