EcoCare have been amazing honestly. I am a new home owner and have needed several services and repairs post move-in. In comparison to some of the other work recently done with other companies EcoCare have been the best from a customer service perspective. I hate having to chase people down for updates, that nickel and dime feeling, or overall lack of transparency a lot of businesses struggle with. I mean these are basic customer service areas and yet they are foundational in setting certain companies apart from others. EcoCare and particularly our technician Patrick have really been incredible from beginning to end. They are communicative, have smooth processes, are extremely polite, and take the time. That last one is huge. Every minute I have spent with Patrick has appreciatively incredible. Never once did I feel rushed in the conversations we have had, he took the time to really explain the process and details of the work, he talked with me about things even outside of the job itself sharing his own experiences and guidance. Really can't say enough good things about him. The crews that showed up were amazing as well. So polite, so professional, just good people who seem to really care about the job they do. Patrick was always professional. He was early for all three appointments, but he did call to confirm it was "okay" to be early.He was extremely careful while inside the house doing his work.
