Don is wonderful. Great at communicating! He texts the day before approximate time of arrival. Texts the day of when he’s on his way. Upon arrival Don asks if we have any needs inside or outside the house. He always locks my gate when work is complete which I appreciate! Fabulous service!
We have been using purcor for a number of years. With their regular service my home has been kept pest free. When extra service is needed, they respond quickly. Recently cockroaches were brought into my home by a visitor and Michael is on it! I really appreciate his professionalism and care of my home. Thank you purcor and thank you Michael.
We love using Purcor at our property. They are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy. This was my first time meeting Jody, and I was happy to have him as our tech. He walked me through my questions, explained the process, and made sure that I understood his recommendations. I hope to have him continue to come back and service our property. I will say that we truly miss Justin and Mick. Fritz is your man! I’m very sensitive to the folks that take care of my home. I feel safe with Fritz here. He has been attentive to the whole environment of my home, including catching a gas leak that has nothing to do with ants or rats - but it had to do with care. I’ve had one technician that has tended to my home for 6 years that had to leave the company; filling his shoes was no small thing. Fritz is a blessing for me. Happy to comment on his behalf :)
I'm a painting contractor and while doing a very difficult ladder set, happen to step right on a massive in ground hornet nest. They stung me 4 times. Called Purcor Pest Solutions up and they came straight out and eliminated the problem so I could continue working. Orlando was a very polite and knowledgeable individual.
